We run a web development and SEO studio. We collect limited information needed to respond to inquiries, scope projects, operate this website, protect the site, and comply with business recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

Compliance posture

This policy is written to address common GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, and privacy notice expectations for a small US service business. It is still a drafting baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before high-volume data processing, paid ads, payments, accounts, or analytics are added.

For client work, a signed statement of work, master services agreement, or data processing addendum may add project-specific privacy and confidentiality terms. If those documents conflict with this website policy, the signed client documents control for that client engagement.

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, company, and role.
  • Project details such as website URL, budget range, requested services, and messages.
  • Business communications sent by email, phone, meeting tools, or project channels.
  • Client billing and contract details when you hire us. Payment card data is handled by payment processors, not stored by us.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic server and security logs, such as IP address, request URL, browser, device type, time stamps, and error events.
  • Website interaction data needed to run client-side features, such as technical audit inputs you enter and form validation state.
  • Font delivery requests to Google Fonts unless and until the fonts are self-hosted.

Information we ask you not to send

Please do not send Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, payment card numbers, health data, children's data, passwords, or confidential third-party information through the public contact form.

  • Respond to inquiries and decide whether we are a fit for a project.
  • Prepare proposals, statements of work, invoices, and client records.
  • Deliver web development, SEO, technical audit, content, and related services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used under California privacy law.
